CV3 provides digital marketing services to local service businesses, which may include local SEO, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads campaign management, website content and schema implementation, citation building, and related reporting. Specific services, deliverables, and fees for a given client are governed by a separate signed service agreement between CV3 and that client, which takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use cv3marketing.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.
Client Account Access
Where CV3 is granted access to a client's Google Ads, Google Business Profile, or other third-party platform accounts, that access is used solely to perform the services described in the applicable service agreement. CV3 will not use client account access for any purpose outside the scope of the agreed engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on cv3marketing.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CV3, LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Deliverables created for clients under a service agreement are governed by the ownership terms of that agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing and search engine results depend on factors outside CV3's control, including changes to third-party platforms, algorithms, and competitive markets. CV3 does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics. Use of these platforms is also subject to the respective third party's own terms of service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
